Intrinsic plate and membrane

The consistent membrane structure and smooth surface morphology of Pall’s Supor membrane provides efficient recovery of microspheres.
The fibrous surface structure of Competitor A’s membrane entraps microspheres, making bead recovery difficult. Luminex ◆xMAP◆ microspheres
were coated with a BSA solution and then diluted in PBS with 0.1% BSA to 50,000 beads per mL. Images taken following filtration.
