Reduction of Hanging Drops
- 새로운 outlet tip 적용으로 Hanging Drops 감소: 교차오염 가능성 최소화
Hanging drops were measured by evacuating wells of fluid, weighing the plate, and then blotting and re-weighing the plate.
Three plates of each type (350 μL well volume) were tested and the averages calculated.
