Superior Uniformity

· 기존 장비 대비 향상된 Uniformity (± 0.3℃) 

· Honeycomb 블록을 통한 빠른 가열과 냉각으로 정확한 실험 가능 (U.S patent 7,632,464)

CFX Opus의 Thermal uniformity를 확인하기 위해 시간 별로 각 well의 온도를 측정.  

Probe를 이용하여 15개 well의 온도를 각각 측정. 온도를 측정한전체 시간에서 각 샘플 간 온도 차가 ± 0.3℃ 이내로 매우 적음.

5-target Multiplexing

· 최대 5개의 target을 1개의 샘플에서 분석 가능

· 각각의 파장에 맞는 filtered-LED를 사용하여 파장간 signal 간섭을 최소화 

Efficient Optimization

· 한 번의 실험에서 8개의 temp. gradient를 지정하여 빠르게 Primer의 annealing 온도 테스트 가능

· Thermal gradient 온도구간 1~24℃ 까지 설정 가능

BR.io Cloud Workflow

(1) Design

· 계정 등록 및 로그인 

· 웹브라우저로 실험 디자인 

(2) Run

· CFX Opus와 BR.io 계정을 연결

· 장비 연동 후 실험 진행

· 실험 진행상황은 원격으로 모니터링 가능

· 생성된 데이터는 자동으로 클라우드에 업로드

(3) Analyze

· Amplification 및 melt curve 데이터 분석

· 분석 후 Excel 등으로 데이터 추출
